Hi, I’m Rachel

I’m a birth doula, educator, and a mother of two and like many women, my journey into this work began through my own birth experiences.

I know what it feels like to walk into birth unsure, unheard, or unprepared.

And I also know what it feels like to step into birth with knowledge, support, and confidence, even when things don’t go exactly as planned.

Birth doesn’t always follow the path we imagine; but with the right support, it can still be a powerful, meaningful, and renewing experience.

That’s why I created Renewed Birth Company—to walk alongside women as they prepare for birth feeling informed, supported, and empowered in their choices.
